1. General
By using our services, you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned below.
Varuna Graphics Hub reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Design & Artwork
- • All design work begins only after initial requirements and relevant materials are provided by the client.
- • Once a design is approved by the client, no major changes will be accepted without an additional charge.
- • Final design files will be delivered only after full payment is received.
3. Printing Services
- • Clients must verify all text, images, spelling, and design details before final approval.
- • Varuna Graphics Hub is not responsible for errors that appear after client approval.
- • Printing turnaround time may vary depending on quantity, material availability, and workload.
4. Payments
- • Payment must be made as per the quotation or bill provided.
- • Advance payment may be required to start design or printing work.
- • No refunds will be given once the design or printing process has begun.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- • Finished products can be picked up from our location or delivered if agreed upon.
- • Any delivery charges will be borne by the client.
- • Varuna Graphics Hub is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen situations.
6. Revisions & Corrections
- • Minor revisions are included; however, multiple or major revisions may incur an extra charge.
- • Changes requested after printing approval will be treated as a new order.
7. Digital Services
For video editing, photo retouching, and digital invitations, clients must submit all required files in acceptable formats. Delivery timelines depend on the project size and complexity.
8. Ownership & Usage Rights
- • All original design files remain the property of Varuna Graphics Hub unless otherwise agreed.
- • Clients receive rights to use the final approved designs for their personal or business purposes.
- • Raw or editable design files will only be handed over for an additional charge.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, design materials, and project details are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Cancellation Policy
- • Orders can be cancelled only before work begins.
- • Once work starts, cancellation charges may apply based on the progress.
11. Limitation of Liability
Varuna Graphics Hub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided.
